Join the RecSports fitness staff for our instructional Intro to Body Pump class this Saturday, April 6, from 1:30 p.m. - 3 p.m. at Dixon Recreation Center!
Our trained instructors will walk you through the basics of Les Mills BODYPUMP, offered 15 times a week as part of our Fit Pass fitness class schedule.
Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. BODYMPUMP is one of the world's fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl!
Registration is free of charge. Interested participants should stop by the circulation desk approximately 15 minutes before class starts, as there are a maximum of 30 spots available for this class.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Class will be held in Dixon multipurpose room two.
