Fitness Evaluations can provide you with a fitness baseline so that you can track your progress towards your personal goals and see how you rank among National Standards for Health and Fitness. Evaluations are based on physcial testing , so it is necessary for participants to wear comfortable athletic clothing and footwear.
Build a customized fitness evaluation to provide you with the fitness information your looking for (you can choose any or all of the tests that best meet your needs).
Possible tests include:
- Cardio-Respiratory Endurance
- Muscular Endurance
- Flexibility
- Body Composition, waist-to-hip ratio
*All tests include optional resting heart rate and blood pressure measurements
