Reservation Process

Our rates are based on the number of participants and type of program that you request.

We regularly schedule school groups, birthday parties, and non-profit groups.

Reservation Process For Indoor Climbing Center

If you are interested in making a reservation for the Indoor Climbing Center please follow this process:

1. Review the ICC Website to get a feel for our facility

2. Plan a date with at least 3 weeks advance notice to be able to complete the reservation process

3. Please reference our Facility Rental Rates Page prior to filling out the online indoor climbing center form

4. Complete the on-line Indoor Climbing Center rental reservation form:

Reservation Process For Steven's Natatorium 

If you are interested in making a reservation for Steven's Natatorium please follow this process:

1. Review the Aquatics Website to get a feel for our facility

2. Plan a date with at least 3 weeks advance notice to be able to complete the reservation process

3. Please reference our Facility Rental Rates Page prior to filling out the online Steven's Natatorium form

4. Complete the on-line Steven's Natatorium rental reservation form:

Reservation Process For All Other Facilities

If you are interested in making a reservation for any other facility please follow this process:

1. Plan a date with at least 3 weeks advance notice to be able to complete the reservation process

2. Please reference our Facility Rental Rates Page prior to filling out the online Facility rental form

3. Complete the On-Line rental reservation form:

Other Considerations During The Rental Process:

You can expect to hear back from staff within 3 working days regarding your request

Space permitting a fee will be quoted and a contract written for your response

Depending on your group you may be required to provide waivers and/or obtain a certificate of insurance
