PRISM SUBMISSIONS

Students may submit up to 5 pieces per medium per issue. If your piece is NOT in electronic format (i.e. text, image, PDF or sound file), you must download the PRISM Submission form, and return with the piece to 118 Snell. All originals will be returned to the owners following the submission deadline.

For online submissions, please include the following information, attach your file, and send to prism@oregonstate.edu:

- Name
- OSU ID#
- Major
- Class Standing
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- A 50 word statement about your submission
- By sending your work via email, you agree to the following statement:

I submit my work to Prism Magazine as a registered student of Oregon State University and acknowledge that all parts submitted are my original work.
