
The Pride Center provides programs and support services for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersexed, and asexual members of the OSU community and their allies (LGBTQQIA). The Pride Center affirms the identities and empowers the lives of people who are LGBTQQIA by providing education, outreach, program support, consultation, community development, visibility and advocacy. The Pride Center is a safe space for all members of our community to explore aspects of sexual orientation and gender identity in an open and non-judgmental atmosphere.
- Friendly office staff who are available to talk to, as well as help you connect with a variety of resources
- A library including over 1,000 books on LGBT history, health, religion, and more
- LGBT magazines and newspapers
- Public computers with free printing
- Clipboards to browse through and add information to, featuring categories such as: - Scholarships targeting LGBT students - Housing/Roommates Wanted - Coming Out - Events - General Information - LGBT Involvement at OSU - Local Resources - Health
- A safe and comfortable space for LGBTQQIA students to: - Hang out - Study - Eat lunch - Learn about LGBT individuals and issues
