Application Procedures and Fees
Registration for the 2013 program will be available in mid-November. Application deadline for the 2013 program will be December 20, 2012.

Class sizes are limited. Applications are processed in the order in which they are received and must include tuition. The application deadline is December 20, 2012.
Check the courses page for the applicant's grade level before submitting an application to determine if any course(s) is already filled. However, indication on the website that a course still has openings is not a guarantee that the course will still be available at the time an application is processed.
Course confirmation and program information will be sent to participants in mid-January. Subsequent program information will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the application. Please assure that you can receive e-mail from firstname.lastname@example.org
Winter Wonderings is funded by student fees and tax deductible donations. Tuition is $75 for one 6-session course; $150 (total) for two 6-session courses; $225 (total) for three 6-session courses.
The amount shown on your check indicates the number of courses your child plans to attend. Supply fees will be billed after course assignments have been made.
By including a donation with your child's tuition you will assist another child whose family's financial situation would not allow them to otherwise benefit from participaton in a Winter Wonderings course. Please note donation amount on your check's memo line.

Refund Policy - If a course must be cancelled prior to the first session due to lack of enrollment, a full refund will be granted. If it is necessary for a child to withdraw from Winter Wonderings, notification in writing must be received ASAP. After January 10, 2013 any refund will be limited to 75% of the tuition. After January 15, 2013 a refund is limited to 50% of the tuition.
