OSU Youth Program Data 2011-12

Please report information about your youth-serving programs offered between October 2011 - September 2012.

NOTE: All OSU youth-serving programs (youth outreach programs, athletic camps, enrichment camps, etc.) are required to submit participant data and certify compliance to the Provost annually.
