Application Procedures

A $25 late fee is assessed for applications submitted after May 15, 2014.

Getting Started

Families who have enrolled a child in OSU’s Winter Wonderings or OSU’s KidSpirit should log in using the same email address and password used for those previous registrations.

Families who have not previously used the OSU Precollege Programs online registration system will need to set up a new account with password and answers to security questions.

Families unable to access the online applicagtion should contact Outside the Box at 541-737-3735 to request an application form be mailed to them.

Completing the Application

When completing the Outside the Box application process, parents/guardians should be prepared to provide information about their child’s intellectual, behavioral, and social characteristics; how their child works with others in group settings; strategies to assure the child has a positive academic and social experience; and any special services needed.

following directions Notification of acceptance to Outside the Box and the course packet will be sent in April to the email address listed in the student’s online application. Students then select courses in which they wish to participate.  These selections must be returned with a nonrefundable $100 deposit by May 15, 2014.   The balance is due June 25, 2014. All payments can be made by check, cash, or online (4% service fee charged for credit card payments).
