Annual State of the University address to be delivered in Portland
You’re invited to join Oregon State University President Edward J. Ray for his annual State of the University address in Portland as he provides a compelling update on the University’s significant worldwide accomplishments achieved over the past year. The event will take place at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 31, at the downtown Portland Hilton Hotel, 921 SW Sixth Avenue, Portland.
During his annual address, President Ray also will highlight how Oregon State’s mission of excellence, innovation and impact will serve Oregon, the nation and the world in 2014.
Tickets are $25 per person and include lunch. Table sponsorships are available for $500 and include seating for eight and recognition on the event registration website and at the event. Bring a friend, co-worker or family member who may or may not be a Beaver with you; invite a peer from the business community or neighborhood or engage a locally elected official so they can learn more about the difference that OSU makes as Oregon’s statewide university.
Attendees also may sponsor an Oregon State student’s attendance at the event, enriching his or her college experience while providing valuable networking opportunities.
