OSU CORVALLIS CAMPUS ON DELAYED START UNTIL 10 a.m. Due to the continued interruption of off-campus electrical power service to Oregon State University’s Corvallis campus, OSU campus operations in Corvallis will not open until 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 22.
