Pam Wiley and the Oregon Natural Heritage Information Center have just completed a project to assist the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board (OWEB) to develop priorities for evaluating acquisition projects. The work was accomplished with the help of a diverse project consulting team. The project and the recommendations provided to OWEB are best described in the Final DRAFT Report and Recommendations.

The project evaluated ecological priorities for acquisition for each of OWEB's 15 major basins listed below. Draft acquisition priorities were suggested for Ecological Systems, Species and Rare Plant Communities. Basin summaries, including the pages from the Final DRAFT Report on each basin, and the documentation from the systems and species analysis are provided below, as PDF files.
