cultigen
Synonyms:
anthropogenic plant 
a type of plant that has been deliberately altered (genetically modified) by humans. Cultigens are defined by their mode of origin and not by whether or not they're under cultivation (even if they've become naturalised). See also subspecies, cultivar.
