University Ombuds Office

Please remember that email is not a confidential form of communication. Using email to discuss your concerns is strongly discouraged. Please contact us by phone (541-737-7029) and leave your name and phone number. We will make every effort to contact you within 24 hours.

Office Hours:

Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Appointments may be scheduled outside of regular office hours upon request. Drop-ins can be accommodated dependent on the Ombuds availability.

Office Location:

The University Ombuds Office is located in 116A Waldo Hall. Appointments may also be arranged at other locations.
