National Pesticide Medical Monitoring Program
In cases involving an acute poisoning emergency, the regional poison control center should be contacted immediately at 1-800-222-1222.
Pesticide-related inquiries from the general public should be directed to the National Pesticide Information Center (NPIC) at 1-800-858-7378.
NPIC will refer inquiries to the NPMMP when additional assistance and consultation are needed.
Health care providers and public health professionals who are seeking information about the clinical toxicology of pesticides,
or are investigating a suspected exposure incident can contact the NPMMP at npmmp@oregonstate.edu , or via fax at (541) 737-9047.
