    Listed below are the preferred methods for contacting the IT Consultants, based on the severity of your problem. Remember that we may not have the chance to check e-mail if we are involved in a project, so a phone call should be your first choice when a problem is time sensitive.

    If you are not your department's DCA you may accrue a $75 per hour fee (min. charge 1hr) for direct contact with an IT consultant. Instead, contact the IS computing help desk (tel: 737-3474).
