Reservations

Reservation Policy

Reservations are to be made only during normal operation hours which are Monday-Thursday: 10am-7pm & Friday: 10am-5pm. We are closed on weekends, finals week, and during Winter & Spring Break.

If you are an ISS sanctioned event, there are exceptions. However, a FULL-TIME staff member must submit the reservation, AND, must be physically present to supervise during the entire indicated time of that particular reservation.


Fill out the form below and submit it to send your request to the cultural centers to reserve the center. We will contact you soon with the information you provided.

Important: please read conditions & Liabilities As an authorized representative of the organization listed above, I will be responsible for submitting any necessary forms, or information required to the cultural resource center I am requesting. I understand that my copy of this completed form does not represent a confirmed reservation. If any of the above information changes, I will notify the cultural resource center within one business day of the change. Misrepresentation of the nature of the activity, or failure to fully disclose pertinent details regarding this event, may result in denial of facility use. Cancellations of events must be submitted in writing.
