The individual listed below is a registered sex offender and has been released from prison.  He was contacted approximately five years ago on the OSU campus.  As a result of that contact he was arrested and convicted of burglary and encouraging child sex abuse.  Mr. Kim is not to enter, or be within 1000 feet of any type of college campus or of any type of women’s dormitory housing, without the prior written permission of the supervising officer.  He is not allowed to have contact with minors or go to any place where minors congregate.  In addition, Mr. Kim is not allowed to use or possess drugs, pornographic material of any kind, nor access a computer or the internet.  He is required to attend sex offender treatment and report to his PO is required.
