Report a hate crime

If you are in need of immediate medical assistance, please call 911 or go immediately to Good Samaritan Hospital or OSU's Student Health Center!

This is an anonymous reporting site. If you wish to provide your identifying information, you may do so at the bottom of the this reporting page. Otherwise the information you send is completely anonymous.

Fill out the this form to report a hate crime/incident whether you are the victim or an observer. Hate crimes/incidents may be anything: name-calling; derogatory notes on your door; your LGBT organization's signs being torn down or defaced; or verbal or physical harassment, threats, or actual assault.
