The following information is intended to offer guidance regarding events hosted by the Rays at their residence or on campus. Generally, events hosted on campus are managed by Kavinda Arthenayake, Director of University Events, or Shelly Houghtaling, Associate Director.

If you wish to respond to or have a question about an invitation, please contact Shelly Houghtaling (phone: 737-0724; e-mail: shelly.houghtaling@oregonstate.edu). If Shelly is not available when you call, you may leave her a voice mail message, or send her an e-mail, including the following details:

• your name and telephone number
• your response to the invitation and the date of the event
• the name of your guest, if you plan to bring one
• if you have a question, please indicate what it is

Please note that on the day of an event, Shelly checks her voice mail for responses and last minute changes.
