Sponsoring Department's Responsible:
1. Submitting the completed "Helicopter Landing Request Form" electronically.
2. The sponsoring department is responsible for gaining approval of the FAA
approved landing/take-off site from the administrative unit prior to submitting
the plan. (See below)
Site Location Consideration:

2. Academic class schedule

Helicopter landings on the campus grounds may require field restoration work
once the aircraft has departed. The aircraft's weight can have a significant
impact on the landing site. A land restoration plan including coordination

A ground security plan is required. Assistance from Department of Public Safety/Oregon State Police may require additional lead-time.
