Alcohol & Catering

ALCOHOL SERVICE: ALCOHOL SERVICE: Alcohol service is limited to
beer and wine. Applications and questions regarding the alcohol policy
beer should be directed to Risk Management at (541) 737-7350. Both
the OSU and OLCC authorization forms must be complete.
Applications for alcohol service MUST be received by Risk
Management at least the (3) weeks prior to the event.

Approved Caterers

All food and beverages served in the LaSells Stewart Center must be provided by a licensed, insured, and approved caterer. All caterers are charged a catering fee that is a percentage of the event's total food and beverage cost. Print Caterers as a PDF file.


NOTE: Oregon State University is party to an exclusive contract with Pepsi Cola of Corvallis to provide beverages to campus. No products other than those provided by Pepsi Cola of Corvallis (vending, fountain or bottles/cans) may be served, distributed or advertised on campus.

EXCLUSIONS: Brewed coffee or tea. Dry "packets" (tea, chocolate, apple cider, etc.) are not considered beverages and so they can be provided along with the hot water to make them into beverages.
