Support for Symantec Antivirus - Corporate Edition (SAV-CE) has ended
The SAV-CE server has been decommisioned. If you have the Symantec Antivirus - Corporate Edition (SAV-CE) running on your OSU-owned Windows computer, you need to contact your DCA and ask them to upgrade you to the latest Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) software.
If you are a DCA and your unit has not switched from SAV to SEP please contact the Server Systems Group (SSG) at 7-3162 or ssg(at)oregonstate.edu so that we can get you setup and going.
Faculty, Staff, and Student Downloads
The links provided below are for Oregon State University faculty, staff, and registered students to download and install the latest versions of Symantec AntiVirus on their personal computers. If you have difficulties downloading any of these versions please consider stopping by the OSU Computer Helpdesk walk-up center in the Valley Library to obtain a CD with OSUWare software.
If your computer is managed by one of the support groups on campus, please contact your DCA prior to installation. If you are unsure who your DCA is, you can check the DCA Listing to find out.
Customers using Windows PCs or Mac OSX may click on the link below to download the latest client. It will take you to the OSUware site which requires ONID authentication (enter only username and password). Please save the file to your desktop and then double click the file to start the installation. Please close all applications and save your work prior to installation of the client. Your machine may reboot at the end of installation.
