Adobe Connect

Adobe Connect is a web conferencing solution used by leading corporations and government agencies to improve collaboration and get work done faster. Based on Adobe Flash technology, it enables you to provide rich interactions, while ensuring easy meeting entry.

License Restrictions

OSU faculty and staff have two options for using Adobe Connect.

  1. Purchase a license to participate in the OSU licensing agreement with Adobe. This option allows you to have your own "room" for web conferencing. For licensing details, see COSINe's licensing page.
  2. If you simply require one-time web conference, you may be able to borrow a licensed room in lieu of purchasing your own room. It is up to the room organizer for each participating group to grant access. You may contact the room organizers support list to see if a room is available and the department is willing to host the meeting in one of their room(s). All room organizers can be contacted at Adobe Connect Organizers.
