Student Multimedia Services presently has 2 presentation rooms, 1 photography studio, an interview studio available for checkout to current Oregon State students. In addition, we are working on getting a scanning station and video-editing station set up on the second floor, behind the SMS Front Desk. Rooms are only available for class or thesis related work.
To reserve any of these rooms, please come to the SMS desk, located on the second floor of the Valley Library with your student ID and a preferred date and time and a backup date and time. If you have questions, please call us at (541) 737-3332 or e-mail us at student.multimedia@oregonstate.edu.
On the day of your reservation:
- Come to the SMS desk to get keys (don’t forget to bring your student ID!)
- Please remember to clean up after yourself and your attendees
- When you’re done, return the keys to the SMS desk and get your ID back
