One standard paper poster, per assignment or conference, is free of charge. The student must be the primary author. Available widths are 36 and 42 inches.

Mounting and additional prints can be ordered for a fee. Lamination is available for a $10 fee at a maximum width of 36 inches.

Files delivered in Microsoft PowerPoint/Publisher or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign must be submitted in their native format.

Posters created using any other authoring tool should be delivered as a PDF, TIF, or JPG format.

Poster source files less than 5 MB in size can be emailed to student.multimedia@oregonstate.edu or dropped off at the SMS desk. Be sure you include your name, OSU ID number, phone number, OSU course number, instructors name, desired poster size, optional lamination ($10 fee) and anticipated pick-up time.

Due to storage limitations, SMS cannot keep copies of electronic production files once a job is completed and cannot hold printed materials over 30 days. Customers are responsible for keeping copies of their production files and for picking up their orders within the 30 days of completion.
