Our 13" Macbook Pro laptops are dual boot systems, so you can run either Mac OS X or Windows 7.
Faculty and staff who will run multimedia equipment on their own may rent equipment for a fee* and pick up the equipment at the SMS desk in the Valley Library. Rentals are available only for coursework, research, or university-related work. Equipment rental fees will be waived for equipment that will be used in the classroom for teaching. Delivery charges may apply. Please see the equipment rental and event support page to initiate a request.
Daily rates apply for all equipment rentals and equipment may be checked out for up to 7 days. All late fees ($25 per day/per kit) are automatically charged to your index accounts.
* Currently there is no funding to maintain or expand this inventory. This equipment is separate from student (TRF) funded equipment.
Please note that some of the Mac applications require a connection to the Virtual Computing Lab (Umbrella).
