OUS: Denmark, Copenhagen Business School
Established in 1917, the Copenhagen Business School (CBS) enrolls approximately 15,000 students, one-third of them at the graduate level, making the CBS one of the three largest business schools in northern Europe. Classes are held at several locations throughout the city. The school's state-of-the-art library is well equipped with a wide range of publications and electronic media. Oregon students are integrated into a large international student population at the CBS.
Wander down its ancient streets and experience the richness of tradition and history contrasting with the modern lines of Danish design and architecture. Copenhagen is truly a mix of old and new, of tradition and experimentation.
A city of 1.7 million, Copenhagen is home to Denmark's financial, governmental and cultural centers. Its winding pedestrian streets are alive with musicians, street performers, shops and restaurants. Though its attributes suggest a major metropolitan center, Copenhagen is a very livable environment with parks, bicycle paths and canals throughout the urban landscape.
Minimum 3.0 GPA. Program is open to juniors, seniors, and graduate students in business, economics, public affairs, and international studies. Graduate students must be in good academic standing at OSU. Students minoring in Business and Economics can also participate. Early application is encouraged.
