OUS Chancellor's Award for International Study

The OUS Chancellor's Award for International Study is given to highly-qualified applicants to OUS study programs who have financial need. The awards are in the form of a $500 - $1500 program fee reduction.


Eligibility: Students must be enrolled in a degree-seeking program at an OUS institution (OSU included) and be applying to an OUS study abroad program to be eligible for the scholarship.  There are several additional criteria including financial need, potential for success, program representation (priority sites for 11-12 are Australia, China, France, Thailand, and Tunisia), and academic performance.


Award Amount: Fee reductions of $500-$1,500


Deadlines: Programs beginning Summer or Fall: March 1; programs beginning Winter: October 15;  Programs beginning Spring: December 1
