Valerie Rosenberg earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of Oregon in 1980 and an M.A. in English from Oregon State University in 2000. She studied abroad in Germany from 1977 to 1978 and taught English in Spain and Germany from 1979 to 1981. Valerie has traveled extensively in Europe and has visited five countries in Asia. She has worked in the field of international education for almost 20 years.
