Areas of responsibility: 

Rachael's responsibilities include advising international students on immigration, visas, employment authorization, travel, family issues, reduced enrollment requests (academic or medical difficulties, or final term), and social security questions; coordinating orientation for new international students; and coordinating scholarships for continuing international students. She is an ISOSU faculty advisor, serves on numerous campus committees as well as the International Education Week planning committee and the International Programs Drupal team.

Profile: 
Rachael has a master's degree in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University in Massachusetts and enjoys working with people from all over the world. Rachael has been involved with international student and faculty advising for more than ten years and has worked at MIT, Golden Gate University and University of Calfornia, Berkeley. She has been actively engaged in the field of international education since she studied abroad in Ecuador, South America, as an undergraduate student. She has also lived in Spain.
