As an international student at OSU, it is sometimes confusing to know where to go for assistance. Depending on which type of student you are, you may have different places to go for questions about housing, academic advising, academic support and more. Below we have outlined the major student types and where to go for services.
Your Student Type
Degree-seeking and Exchange Students include:
- Undergraduate
- Post-Bacc
- Graduate (Masters and Ph.D.)
- Professional Programs (i.e., PharmD, Vet Med, etc.)
- Conditional Admissions Program (CAP)
- Conditional Admissions Program - No TOEFL (CAPN)*
- Exchange Students
- Sponsored Students
* Students in the CAPN program use the degree student information for everything except academic advising. Advising and registration for CAPN students go through the CAP Coordinator and the Academic English Program Advisors.
English Language and Preparation Students in Programs through INTO OSU include:

- Study Abroad With English

All international students will receive international student advising and support through International Students Advising and Services (ISAS) in both of our locations:
