There are a variety of forms necessary to progress through and complete the International Degree, as well as documents to guide you. Copies are available from the ID office, or as downloads below:
Application (pdf) - for new or current ID students who are changing majors - you must reapply to be admitted by your new academic department
Thesis Proposal and Timeline (pdf) - required for INTL 407 and/or once you have a thesis topic and advisor. If you change your topic or advisor, you must resubmit this form with new signatures
WIC Requirement (pdf) - required for INTL 407 and/or once you have a thesis topic and advisor. If you change your topic or advisor, you must resubmit this form with new signatures
International Experience Approval (pdf) - required to graduate with your International Degree. Our office will submit this form to your academic advisor on your behalf once you have completed your international experience.
Language Proficiency Certification (pdf) - required to graduate with your International Degree. The Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures will submit this form to your academic advisor and the ID office once you have made the request.
Language Portfolio (pdf) - required to prove progress in a foreign language if you will not earn language credit while abroad. Complete with the Chair of Foreign Languages and Literatures before your experience abroad if you hope to use that time to complete the ID language requirement.
Thesis Copyright Release Form (pdf) - required if you would like your entire thesis posted in the Valley Library digital archive. Must be submitted along with an electronic (Word or PDF) copy of your thesis.
