International Programs works with a variety of advisory committees, which guide policy and support internationalization at OSU.

Asia Initiative

Campus Alliance for International Resources

The Campus Alliance for International Resources (CAIR) is a newly-formed, student-led group connected to ISOSU that is comprised of students, staff and faculty from International Students of OSU (ISOSU), International Programs (including all departments within IP), Admissions, New Student Programs and Family Outreach, University Housing and Dining, and Student Leadership and Involvement.  Additional support has come from Counseling and Psychological Services, Intercultural Student Services, Student Affairs, and more! 

International Council

Advises on international programs and sets priorities for campus-wide internationalization efforts; comprised of representatives from each college, as well as the Office of Admissions, Graduate School, and Extension and Outreach.

International Degree Committee

Guides policy and practice for the International Degree program; comprised of representatives appointed by all undergraduate colleges.

International Student Recruitment Committee

Multicultural Study Abroad Group

Brings together OSU professionals to dialogue and learn from each other about how to increase the numbers of multicultural students who study or intern abroad and complete the International Degree.

Study Abroad Advisory Committee

Reviews current and proposed student exchange and study abroad programs to assess their merit and significance to OSU; composed of faculty and staff representing a cross section of OSU departments and programs.
