Laws of Organizational Change

The transformation required by non-stop change is often dramatic, and always traumatic. Change is seldom easy. It is unlikely that anyone will figure out how to change an organization without requiring its people to change. Therefore, we must all be sensitive to the problems that people will have with transformation.

Keep in mind some "laws" of organizational change.

Just a few fun thoughts for the day. But I hope you see the value in these "laws."
