Effects of msh2 and msh3 mutations on binding activity. Binding of nuclear extracts (30 micrograms) to 5'-endlabeled heteroduplexes was performed and the products were separated on a polyacrylamide gel. The extracts were derived from strains whose MSH genotypes are shown. The arrow indicates the specfic complex.
