Willamette Valley Watershed Restoration
Research in cooperation with several watershed councils is developing
tools that assist watershed councils in restoring
watersheds.
- Evoland. A model
to develop alternative futures for junctions of large rivers.
- Restore. A
model
to assist watershed councils in prioritizing restoration options.
- Willamette River
Basin Atlas. Data on current and future conditions.
These are
cooperative projects between bioresource engineering, fisheries and
wildlife, landscape architecture, entomology, geosciences, and
anthropology. The projects work
with the South Santiam and Long Tom Watershed Councils.
To find research
sources for watershed councils. This web site focuses on historical
sources, but also includes references to technical and biological
