Credit and Grades
The Gradebook
Your progress and performance in CalculusQuestTM is monitored using a gradebook which you look at any time by using
a link on the CQ Resource page. The gradebook contains an entry
of every recorded activity in the course.
| ACTIVITIES IN THE ONWARD AND UPWARD AREA ARE GRADED AND RECORDED. NO ACTIVITES FROM THE LESSON OR PRACTICE AREA ARE RECORDED IN THE GRADEBOOK. |
If you only want to see which activities you have done, use the "What's Next?" link on the Resource page. This is discussed in more detail under "Study Hints" on the next page.
Onward and Upward
As you progress through CalculusQuestTM you build a record of evidence that you have met the course objectives. Credit for CalculusQuestTM is based upon this evidence, and this evidence comes from the activities in the Onward and Upward areas.
All Onward and Upward Areas contain either on-line quizzes or some sort of proctored exam. Practice Areas contain (non-graded) practice quizzes as well.
POLICIES
Policies regarding re-taking and discussing graded material vary from instructor to instructor. Please consult
- The written CQ guide and
- The "README" page for your section. This page is linked from the Resource page.
