In "Oral History of American Science: A Forty Year Review," the Regional Oral History Office at the University of California Berkeley's Bancroft Library was accidently omitted from Table 1 (it is mentioned on p. 349). The Regional Oral History Office, one of the major center for oral history in the United States, has done several significant oral history projects in the history of recent medicine and science.
