Submit photocopies of the two completed assignments stapled together on October 7 - You retain the original scoring grid and diagram for your records. Late submissions of this assignment will not be accepted with a forfeiture of points.
Autobiography
In order for your class instructor to become acquainted with you, an autobiography is requested. Prepare a typed 2 to 3 page autobiography that contains information regarding your family, previous school and work experiences, hobbies, and other activities such as sports, music interests, etc. After submission and review, your autobiography will be forwarded to your ANS advisor for placement in your "advising" file. "Live life each day as you would climb a mountain. An occasional glance toward the summit keeps the goal in mind, but many beautiful scenes are to be observed from each new vantage point. Climb slowly, steadily, enjoying each passing moment, and the view from the summit will serve as a fitting climax for the journey."
.........Harold V. Melchert, from Great Quotations, Inc. 1991
