Introduction to the course
All class participants will be included in a listserv for the class. The address for the listserv is aihm577@mail.orst.edu

During the first week of the course, please write a short e-mail message to introduce yourself to the other class participants. Please include your name, location, affiliation, and anything else you would like to share with the other class participants.

During the first week you should also make sure that you have access to all of the readings for the course. If you are having any difficulties, please let me know.

Journals due. Be sure to include a self-evaluation using the evaluation sheet included in the journal explanation.

Topic for theory analysis paper due.

Week 5: April 26 - May 2

Section 4. Historical Continuity Model

Mid-term exam distributed through e-mail

Week 6: May 3 - May 9

Section 5. Innovation-Decision Process and Diffusion Model
