Network Drives

Network drives are great for storing documents to be accessed from multiple computers. Not only can multiple computers access these documents, but it can be utilized so that multiple users can collaborate on a document. Network drives at Oregon State are also frequently backed up so documents are more safe versus saving locally on a computer.

Who Has Access

Network drives at Oregon State are all based off of department permissions. ONID accounts all have access to an individual personal space that most computers on campus automatically save to.
