You can sign in to more than one account a time using the Add Account feature.
First you will need to be logged in to one of the accounts. In the Gmail interface, click your picture on the top right of the window.
A box will open up with more information on your profile. From here click Add account. This will popup a new window or tab with another Google sign in page. Once you sign in here, you will see both accounts available instead.
To switch accounts, simply click on the account you are interested in.
