Can departments or organizations have shared Google Account?
Unfortunately, no. There is no way to create generic or shared Google Accounts for departments, groups, or any other organizations. Google only provides Drive, Calendar, and Mail space for personal ONID accounts currently; therefore, only people affiliated with the University can have Google space.
