MyOSU Login Difficulties Resolved

ONID Outage Monday December 15th 11:20am – noon

An internal MySQL database server hung, causing the following ONID services to be unavailable from 11:20am to noon: – ONID Webmail (https://webmail.oregonstate.edu) – MyONID website (ONID Password changes, ONID Sign-Up) – ONID SSO (the old SSO system, not CAS) – Cacti graphs (http://cacti.onid.oregonstate.edu) The root cause is still under investigation.
