We are aware of several reports this morning of problems opening Outlook. The issue appears to have started around 8:50AM today and is affecting many but not all Outlook clients. Due to a network routing change, the ONID Web Database was unavailable between April 5th 3:25pm and April 6th 1:15pm. Only connections from ONID Personal web pages (http://people.oregonstate.edu/~username) and from the PHPMyAdmin management service (https://secure.oregonstate.edu/oniddb/) were affected.
