If you are planning on getting your organization in the book, you will need to submit the following items:

· 6-8 pictures. Which can be submitted in the following ways: as glossy prints (color photocopies WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED due to their lack of quality), as negatives, or as HIGH QUALITY (at least 2.1 mega-pixels) digital picture.

· Well written captions corresponding to all of the pictures submitted (Including the full names of all who are pictured, and a brief description of what, when, and where the picture was taken)

A half-page write up on your group. The content is up to you, but there are a few rules that must be followed. It must be written in PAST TENSE (ex.: "The Beaver Yearbook had a great year. There were over 32 members on staff..."), and the nouns CANNOT be possessive ("We published another great book!" = WRONG!..."The Beaver Staff published another great book!" = RIGHT!)

Any registered Greek house has the opportunity to purchase a page (or pages) in the up coming Beaver Yearbook. This is not only a great way to preserve the memories of your group, but a great recruitment and promotional tool for your group or organization. And remember, ALL the pages in the Beaver Yearbook are FULL COLOR.
