Where Is Our House?
Our house is located at 143 NW 10th street in Corvallis. It is on the corner of 10th and Jackson, near another fraternity house, Lambda Chi Alpha. It is a couple minute walk to campus buildings, which makes it very convenient to live in during school, instead of worrying about parking.
General House Description
The house has four floors including the basement, containing 18 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a sleeping porch on the second and third floors. Each room can room at least two people, making our house have a maximum capacity of about 60 people. The first floor consists of a pool room, the RA’s room, a living room, dining room and kitchen. The basement consists of our chapter room, which doubles as a dance floor during parties. There is also the laundry room and another small room, which is now being used as a study room.
What Does Our House Have To Offer
Our house has several things to offer the members and candidates that live there:
- A network with multiple jacks in each room in addition to a brand new wireless network that is available throughout the house and outside.
- The fasted DSL broadband internet connection that is available.
- Cable TV is available for people to watch on the big television in the living room.
- Barb, our cook, makes both lunch and dinner on Mondays to Fridays.
- Breakfast and weekend foods in the kitchen.
- Washers and dryers.
- The back bike shed is available to store your bike.
- A small basketball court in the back yard.
