Building Community Awards Nomination Form

The Rainbow Continuum, as part of the Queer Pride Planning Committee, is proud to announce the fourth annual OSU Building Community Awards. The time to nominate an outstanding individual is now!

The awards ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, May 24th 2007, and will honor individuals for their commitment to the LGBTQQIA community at OSU.

Categories for nomination recognize student, staff/faculty, and community members. The criteria for selection can be found within the application below. Please take a moment to fill out one nomination form for each person you wish to nominate and please nominate as many individuals as you would like.

The Queer Pride Week Planning Committee will decide on the award recipients for each category, which will be announced during the ceremony on May 24th.

Deadline for nominations is Thursday, May 3, 2007.
