How to read this guide

• Menu items listed as vegan do not contain any animal products, including beef, poultry, pork, seafood, eggs, dairy products or honey.
• Menu items listed as lacto-ova do not contain beef, poultry, pork or seafood but do contain eggs and/or dairy products.
• Classification of menu items as vegetarian are to the best of our knowledge and represent only the items offered at the locations listed. As always, be aware of what you are buying, and if you have any questions as to whether a product is vegetarian, ask.

  

When eating out try these foods

• Pizza with lots of vegetables and no cheese
• Bean burritos & tacos without cheese
• Spaghetti with marinara sauce
• Vegetable-based soups
• Salad bar with lots of fresh vegetables, beans & fruits
• Middle Eastern hummus & tabouli
• Stir-fried dishes
• Fruit or sorbet for dessert

Remember, many restaurants are willing to take special requests; don't hesitate to make yours vegetarian!
