ORGANIZATION COORDINATOR Sabina Dossaliyeva dossalis@onid.orst.edu Staffing: Support the development, performance and the accountability of the Exec Team. Community: Engage and support the Leadership team and the ISOSU advisory board. Represent ISOSU at OSU functions and conferences. Budget: Oversee Track and develop ISOSU budget with the support and participation of the ISOSU Exec Team. Resources: News Letter and other marketing materials.	COMMUNITY RELATIONS COORDINATOR Nick Taylor taylorn@onid.orst.edu Relationship: Engage, inform and support ISOSU Affiliate Organizations, International LGBT and Women Studies, Act in an advisory role to ASOSU. Representation: Develop opportunities for international and internationally minded people to engage in the OSU community by coordinating participation on campus wide initiatives and general university committees. Represent ISOSU at OSU functions, conferences, etc. Budget: Convene ISOSU finance committee, allocate and educate affiliations on budget request. Track and export expenditures to ISOSU coordinator and Ed Act. Collaborate on the development of the ISOSU budget. Resources: Establish and manage an ISOSU Ambassador Program to enhance the opportunity for representation/participation in the broader OSU community.
INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS COORDINATOR Dipanker S Tamang shresthd@onid.orst.edu Relationship: Develop and support relationship with all the international students, International programs, ICSP and Crossroads. Representation: Develop opportunities for ISOSU participation and inclusion in international focused committees, orientations, scholarships and graduation. Represent ISOSU at OSU functions and conferences. Assessment: Utilize a task force made up of international students to institute processes that allow the assessment of the OSU Climate in relation to International Students. Identify priority areas and act to enhance or change areas that have a negative impact on students. Resources: Identify and develop resources that support the needs and development of the international students.	PROGRAMMING COORDINATOR Phi Vu vup@onid.orst.edu Relationship: Facilitate and define the relationship of the CAIR committee as a part of ISOSU. Establish and facilitate the ISOSU programming board with representatives from CAIR, ISOSU affiliations, ICSP, Pathways, SEAC and at large students to move forward a plan for internationally focused programming including the IRC. Programming- Develop opportunities to engage the OSU community in programs that are educational, cultural, social, etc. focused on representing the global community and perspectives. Representation- Maintain an environment of care for the community throughout the development of programs that allows positive relationships with all partners and service providers enhancing the reputation and community of ISOSU. Represent ISOSU at OSU functions, conferences, etc. Budget- Manage the ISOSU programming budget. Collaborate on the development of the ISOSU Budget. Resources- Coordinate IRC staffing and resources availability. Establish and manage an ISOSU Volunteer program to enhance the opportunity for students and community members to actively participate in ISOSU. Responsible for the ISOSU program calendar.
ADMINSTRATIVE SPECIALIST Anushree Sharma sharmaan@onid.orst.edu Relationship-Student Leadership Involvement staff, Marketing relationships, MU Web Support. Office- Manage the International Resource Center and the ISOSU office, Support coordinators, respond to emails and questions. Advertising- Be in charge of ISOSU marketing, website, and publications. Resources- Research and develop website,Coordinate office staffing. Work with MU Web support. Work with Maketing and printing services.
