Hi Vikranth,

It would be better if you could update these details on the central database that we are maintaining for Arrival Info here - http://oregonstate.edu/groups/india/viewpage.php?page_id=7

Also, if all new students update their details here, it will be easier for the people here to coordinate the pickups.
